This work endorses the work of the SUDA initiative in driving aquaculture producers towards the implementation of GAP (Good Aquaculture Practice) and BMP (Best Management Practice) for the production. Part of this process is to improve food safety and product quality. This work focuses on the following:

    Draft standards for food safety and hygiene conditions in tra catfish pond safe aquaculture areas
      Identify a strategy for community-based management for quality control and food safety in safe catfish aquaculture areas
