Pelagic Advisory Council performance review

Description of Project:
This project involved a performance evaluation of the Pelagic Advisory Council by the consultants Oxford Research. Poseidon provided oversight and peer review to the planning and development of research tools to be used by the researchers, and then to the draft evaluation report. In both cases a number of recommendations were made to ensure the quality of the final evaluation report produced.
