Poseidon has a core staff of six, one providing administrative and accounts support, and five fisheries sector professionals covering a wide variety of fisheries and marine environmental disciplines. Core staff work closely to support each other on projects, and between them they provide the majority of Poseidon's inputs on project work. In addition, the company has a select group of affiliate consultants and experts who work on projects as skill requirements and workload demands. Poseidon also maintains strategic links with other consultancy and research institutes throughout the world.
